The Ascot has both standard and en-suite rooms to cater to all budgets. The rooms have comfortable beds and a high standard of housekeeping. They also have remote control colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, hair-dryers and full central heating.

All rooms are non-smoking. With your own front door key they are accessible at all times. Pets welcome by prior arrangement. Free wi-fi available in rooms. Secure bike storage.

Prices   Our room rates are 25 - 40 pounds per person per night, based on two persons sharing a twin or double room and 25 to 40 pounds for a single room. These prices vary according to the season and include tax and a hearty full Scottish breakfast. We also have triple and family rooms.

For overseas visitors the term twin means two single beds, and this type of room is suitable for two people. A double room means one standard size double bed, again suitable for two people.
